Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Please note: Refunds are not offered. All approved returns will receive store credit only.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be in the same condition in which it was received

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is damaged or defective

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a resolution in the form of store credit or replacement at our discretion.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Request a return for store credit

  2. Place a new order using your credit once the return is processed


EU CUSTOMERS – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Store credit will be issued upon acceptance of the return
